Perfect Sunset

The sun a perfect orange over sunset
A sky that can melt your tears
Sitting gazing at its beauty
As it takes away my fears

Beautiful as the sea remains calm
Such serenity that appears before me
I surrender to this amazing place
For my life's journey - What do I see?

I see myself in a higher state of being Being luminous and very strong
My journey is progressing through each pathway
Knowing where I am and where I belong

I will aim high and keep rising
Like the sun, as it raises up in the sky
As it positions itself gazing below
Upon the roof tops and people passing by

Watching and seeing things eye to eye
Gives clarity, understanding while I seek
Learning from others is the first thing
Absorbing and developing as I tweak

Tweak the ideas, thoughts and melodies
That appear deep in my soul and mind
Keep searching and developing myself
The more I go out there - the more that I find

I will get to where I want to be
I have always got to believe
Just continue to be positive and open up
Let in the energy - I will achieve

Oh my sun a perfect orange over sunset
I can look at your beauty all night
So calm and surreal is your energy
Filling my soul, my being, with your light
